Add value to your own life by putting your-self first. Focus on your peace of mind, your well-being, your needs, your spirituality, your strengths and your weaknesses. Fall in love with self-care, allowing for better quality of life in your thinking, in your body, and in your soul. You owe yourself far more than what you give. Practice serving and treating yourself as you are deserving of greatness. 

Not to be selfish is to neglect your degree of excellence. Not to be selfish is to be someone other than your-self.
